The Leadership Conservatory Foundation’s sole mission is to generate annual financial support for the Leadership Conservatory for the Arts.  Our goal is to ensure that the students in the organization are afforded a quality experience.  We will also strive to preserve the legacy of the leadership and music programs for future generations.

Unfortunately, the magnet program is not funded by the local school district or state. Additionally, almost 45% of our Conservatory students will qualify for free-and-reduced lunch in the 2012-2013 school year.  In the past ten years, enrollment in the Conservatory has grown exponentially while funding opportunities have drastically diminished.   A world-class education requires ongoing financial support.   Fundraising will be conducted for both short and long-term endowments, reaching out to alumni, individuals, corporations, the music industry and other patrons of the arts.

Founded in 2012 as a 501(c)(3), the Leadership Conservatory Foundation was established by a cross-section of dedicated professionals.  Its primary mission is to provide ongoing financial support to allow participation by all students, and achieve recognition for the leadership and music programs.  In doing so, the Foundation will enhance and reflect the leadership goals of the teachers, students, parents, volunteers, and the community.
